Fees

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all conference meetings and talks

• Conference materials

• All lunches and coffee/snack breaks

• Welcome reception

• Free WiFi access at the conference site

Notes:

• Students: Proof of student status is required when collecting registration materials (PhD candidates are included). The proof can be uploaded on the registration platform.

• Academics: Faculty members and researchers affiliated with academic or research institutions.

• Non-Academics: Includes government officers, industry personnel, and others not classified as students or academics.

• Accompanying Persons: Can register at the student fee but cannot present or receive a certificate.

Additional Information:

• Conference dinner and excursion fees are paid separately; payment deadline is 18/05/2026.

• Participants submitting abstracts must pay their registration fee by the early bird deadline (18/05/2026).

• Administrative cancellation fee of 100 EUR applies to cancellations made up to 10/06/2026.

• No refunds for dinner or excursion after 10/06/2026. Other refunds are only possible after the conference.

• Contributed talks and posters:
