How to Pay

1. Choose your fee category and respect the corresponding payment deadline

2. All payments must be made through your registration area

3. Once payment is completed, please email the proof of payment to: congressos@novaidfct.pt

4. All bank transfer fees must be covered by participants

5. Your registration is only considered complete once proof of payment has been received and confirmed

PayPal

Payments via PayPal are available but include additional costs:

• Flat fee: 40 EUR

• Please ensure that your transfer includes the full registration amount plus the PayPal fee

Proforma Invoices

A proforma document may be downloaded from your personal registration area once the following steps are completed:

• Select your Fee Category

• Add a Billing Address (via the Billing and Payment menu)

• After saving the billing information, an orange “Proforma” button will appear for downloading the document

Cancellation and Refund Policies

To request a cancellation and refund, email: dde26_novafct@bcamath.org

Subject line: “DDE 2026 | Cancellation and Refund”

• Requests must be submitted in writing no later than 15 June 2026

• No refund requests will be accepted after this date

• An administrative fee of 100 EUR will be deducted from all registration refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed after the conference
