Visa Support

To facilitate and potentially expedite visa application processes, the conference organizers will liaise with relevant embassies and consulates using a list of participants who express interest in visa support.

Participants requiring visa assistance must complete the Visa Support Form

Deadline to express interest in visa support: 24 April 2026

Requests submitted after this date may not be considered in time for the visa process.

Participants are strongly encouraged to secure a visa appointment well before the registration fee payment deadline to ensure timely processing.

Important: The procedures to obtain the Portuguese visa are the full responsibility of the requiring person. We will do our best to make the process agile, but we do not replace all regular requirements from the Portuguese Government, nor does this replace the consultation of the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ministério de Negócios Estrangeiros)

Invitation Letter Request

Formal invitation letters for visa purposes can be issued only after registration and payment have been completed.

In your email, please include:

• Full name (as in passport)

• Affiliation and position

• Confirmation of completed registration and payment

• Any specific requirements for the invitation letter (if applicable)
