ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Instructions for Abstract Submission
Registration is mandatory: Before submitting an abstract, the first (or presenting) author must be registered. Abstracts from authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted
Account activation: After registering, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Once activated, you can log in to your Personal Area
Submitting abstracts: In the Participant’s Area, you can submit or edit your abstracts until the submission deadline. For each abstract, you must indicate the authors and the type of presentation
Number of abstracts: Each participant may submit up to 2 abstracts — one for oral/MS and/or one for a poster
Files to submit: You should submit both the PDF and the LaTeX (.tex) files, including any additional files required to compile your abstract fully (e.g., figures). After submission, you will receive a notification email
Confirmation: If you do not receive an email confirming your registration or abstract submission, please check your spam folder or contact the conference organizers
