ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Instructions for Abstract Submission

  1. Registration is mandatory: Before submitting an abstract, the first (or presenting) author must be registered. Abstracts from authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted

  2. Account activation: After registering, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Once activated, you can log in to your Personal Area

  3. Submitting abstracts: In the Participant’s Area, you can submit or edit your abstracts until the submission deadline. For each abstract, you must indicate the authors and the type of presentation

  4. Number of abstracts: Each participant may submit up to 2 abstracts — one for oral/MS and/or one for a poster

  5. Files to submit: You should submit both the PDF and the LaTeX (.tex) files, including any additional files required to compile your abstract fully (e.g., figures). After submission, you will receive a notification email

  6. Confirmation: If you do not receive an email confirming your registration or abstract submission, please check your spam folder or contact the conference organizers
