Registration for DDE 2026

To participate in DDE 2026, all participants must complete the registration process as outlined below:

• STEP 1: Fill in the REGISTRATION FORM

  Registration is mandatory for all participants.

• STEP 2: Abstract Submission

Participants may contribute to the conference in one of the following formats:

• Mini-Symposium (MS)

• Contributed Talk (CT)

• Poster Presentation (P)

• Attendance Only

Be sure to indicate your preferred participation type in the abstract submission form.

Important: You must complete your registration before submitting your abstract. Only abstracts submitted by registered participants will be considered for inclusion in the scientific program.

STEP 1:

Create Your Account

Start by creating your personal account on the registration platform:

You will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact the conference organizers at congressos@novaidfct.pt

Add Your Personal Information:

Fill in your contact details and any other required personal information.

Choose Your Participation Type:

Select how you wish to participate in the conference (General Participant, Invited Speaker, Organizing Committee, Scientific Committee, Sponsors), and indicate any dietary restrictions.

Navigate through the form tabs to choose the appropriate registration fee and enter billing details.

Update Anytime

You can access your personal area at any time to update your information or preferences.

Once registered, you are all set to submit your abstract.
