Participation Fees

Participants submitting abstracts must complete fee payment by the Early Bird deadline (18 May 2026) for their contributions to be included in the scientific programme.

What the Registration Fee Includes:

• Admission to all conference meetings and talks

• Conference materials

• Lunches and coffee/snack breaks

• Welcome reception

• Free WiFi access at the conference venue

Please note:

• The conference dinner is not included in the registration fee. If you have more than two accompanying persons, please contact the organizers to make arrangements. Children up to 12 years old pay half the price, which must also be requested through the organizers

• Social programs and excursions are not included in the registration fee and must be booked and paid separately

• Payment deadline for dinner and excursions: 18 May 2026

• No refunds for dinner or excursion payments will be issued after 10 June 2026

Registration Categories & Notes:

• Students: Proof of student status is required when collecting conference materials (PhD candidates included). Proof should be uploaded directly on the registration platform

• Academics: Faculty members and researchers affiliated with academic or research institutions

• Non-Academics: Government officers, industry personnel, and others not classified as students or academics

• Accompanying Persons: May register at the student fee, however, cannot present or receive a participation certificate
