Mini-Symposium (MS) Guidelines
MS should cover multiple perspectives in the topic area, with speakers from different organizations and preferably different countries.

Typical MS: 4 talks × 20 minutes each (including Q&A).
Exceptional case: 5 talks (1 opening + 4 additional). Contact organizers if needed.
Accepted MS are limited. If your MS cannot be included, abstracts may be scheduled individually as CT or Poster.

Typical duration: 20 minutes (17 min presentation + 3 min Q&A).
Focus on current contributions to the field and relevance to the conference topics.

A0 portrait format.
Include title, authors, institutions at the top (matching submitted abstract).
